Rebekah Calderwood

BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist

Welcome, you're in the right place!

Hello, I'm Rebekah.

In no particular order, I am a mum, wife, daughter, sister, friend, colleague, coffee lover, dog owner, fellow human and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. I've worked in mental health for over a decade now, across NHS, charity and private sectors. I've learnt a lot on the way and I hope to be able to share that with you.

Services I can offer

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based, NICE recommended, practical type of therapy. It often comes under the umbrella of 'talking therapies' but it's actually more of a 'doing' therapy.

Clinical supervision

CBT clinical supervision is vital to both therapist and client. I can offer clinical supervision sessions to trainees and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists

Contact me

Reaching out is one of the hardest bits but I'm really looking forward to working with you. Take a look at the 'about me' section. If you think we would be a good fit please don't hesitate to contact me. I offer an initial phone call free of charge to see if therapy is right for you.

  • Please note, unfortunately, Overthinking Therapy cannot provide a crisis service. If you are at immediate risk of harming yourself please call 111 for your local crisis service.
