Supporting you to support your clients

CBT clinical supervision

As a BABCP accredited therapist with a talking therapies CBT clinical supervision qualification, I can offer supervision to trainee and qualified CBT therapists. My expertise are in primary care and I also have the long term physical health conditions top up qualification. Please don't hesitate to get in touch for an informal chat to see if we are the right fit for each other.

Frequency

I can offer frequency of supervision to suit you and the needs of your caseload. Usually therapists meet with me weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

How Long Will A Session Last?

Usually I work to a 1.5 hour supervision session, particularly if we meet monthly as this is the BABCP minimum requirement for a full time caseload. Trainees should receive more time than this and depending on the needs of your caseload you may wish to book more time than this.

How Much Does It Cost?

Generally I offer supervision remotely via MS Teams and can facilitate live supervision through this medium also. The hourly rate for supervision is usually £75 per hour.

Rebekah has been a wonderful supervisor. Kind and encouraging, she has helped to shape my CBT and my continued development.

Supervisee

I feel very lucky to have had Rebekah supervise me throughout my trainee year. Rebekah is reliable, knowledgeable and reflective. She has made me not afraid to question, be curious and advocate for the evidence base in my own service.

I have learnt so much in supervision with Rebekah over the last few years. Not just to help my clients but also about the biases I bring to the table and how to be aware and counterbalance these for the benefit of my clients.
